I joined Dr. Luckhart’s lab as a junior undergraduate at the Univerity of Idaho pursuing a double major in Medical Sciences and Microbiology on the Pre-Medical track. I was excited to be a new member of Dr. Luckhart’s lab as an undergraduate research assistant and enjoyed learning more about the malaria parasite infection especially when it comes to disease transmission and pathogen-host interactions. In fall 2022, I started medical school at the University of Utah.
